1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the website easy-juicer.com, operated by SNS DIGITAL LLC, 4405 Jager Dr NE Ste C4, PMB 2066, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, United States (hereinafter "the Seller"). Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown separately and billed in addition to the product price.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer selects their desired products and adds them to the cart. After reviewing the cart, they proceed to payment by entering their details and selecting a payment method. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online through the secure payment solutions offered on the website (credit card, etc.). Banking data is encrypted and is never stored by the Seller. In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times are provided as estimates only. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of a damaged or missing package, the customer must file a claim with the carrier within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal — 30-Day Guarantee

The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Important condition: The guarantee and the right of withdrawal only apply to products returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Any product that has been opened, used, or whose packaging has been unsealed cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email at: contact@easy-juicer.com before the 30-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Legal Warranties

All products are covered by applicable statutory warranty protections. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product. For any claims, please contact: contact@easy-juicer.com.

9. Personal Data

Data collected at the time of ordering is necessary for processing and delivery. It is processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Legal Notice. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact our customer service at contact@easy-juicer.com. If no amicable solution is found, the customer may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
